These terms govern your use of the GrowthPilot website and free tools. By using the site, you agree to them. Paid engagements are additionally governed by the applicable service agreement.
1. Our services
GrowthPilot provides local-visibility services, including free visibility scans, business-listing management, search and AI-search optimization, and reporting dashboards. The specific services provided to a client are described in that client's service agreement or order.
2. Free scans & reports
Free visibility scans are informational estimates based on publicly available data at the time of the scan. They are provided “as is” without warranty. Scores, grades, and example figures shown on this website are illustrative and do not guarantee specific outcomes for your business.
3. No guarantee of rankings
Search engines and AI assistants rank and recommend businesses using systems outside anyone's direct control. Unless expressly stated in a written service agreement, we do not guarantee specific rankings, placements, recommendation frequency, call volumes, or revenue results.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including submitting scans for businesses you are not authorized to represent, attempting to disrupt or overload the service, scraping the site, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Accounts & dashboards
Access codes for the client dashboard are personal to you. Keep them confidential; you are responsible for activity that occurs using your credentials.
6. Intellectual property
The site, its design, and its content are owned by GrowthPilot or its licensors. Third-party names and logos shown on this site (such as search engines, AI assistants, and directories) belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify those platforms; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowthPilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or free tools. For paid services, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
