GrowthPilot (“we”, “us”) helps local businesses improve their visibility in search and AI assistants. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you run a free visibility scan or book an audit, we collect the information you provide: your business name, website URL, city, and (optionally) your email address.
We also automatically collect basic technical information when you visit the site, such as your browser type, device, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
2. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to generate your visibility report, operate your client dashboard, respond to inquiries, and — where you have given us your email — send you your scan results and information about our services.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. How reports are generated
Visibility scans analyze publicly available information about your business — your website, public business listings, and how your business appears in search and AI assistants. Scan inputs may be processed by trusted AI infrastructure providers to generate your report.
4. Data storage & security
Your information is stored on secured cloud infrastructure with access controls. We retain scan and lead data for as long as needed to provide our services or until you ask us to delete it.
5. Cookies & analytics
We may use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
6. Third-party services
We work with service providers for hosting, data storage, scheduling, and analytics. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. If you are located in a region with specific privacy laws (such as the EU/EEA, UK, or California), you may have additional rights under those laws, and we will honor applicable requests.
